Our HistoryIndianapolis Interfaith Hospitality Network, Inc. (IHN) is a 501 © (3) not for profit corporation founded in 1994 by Dr. Dean Lindsey. Dr. Lindsey founded IHN with the assistance of other local congregations, following the national model of Family Promise. IHN provides emergency hospitality to disadvantaged families who find themselves without a home. The typical image of the homeless is an adult but a high proportion and alarmingly increasing segment of the homeless population is CHILDREN.
